With the Magic and Technology mod, though, obtaining your first diamond is just the beginning. In normal vanilla Minecraft, survival mode gets slightly dull after you reach the stage where you've been finding diamond and exploring the nether for a while. This mod emphasizes this situation, adding better zombies and additional elements that emphasize the zombie situation. Not much society is left, and the few villages that remain are constantly under siege by zombies. Minecraft could be depicted as a zombie apocalypse game.
